Всеукраинский школьный портал "Класна оцінка" позиционирует себя как программный продукт, реализующий все достижения методологии Web 2.0. Цель данной статьи - разобраться в сути методологии Web 2.0.

Web 2.0 не является технологией или каким-то особым стилем Web-дизайна.

Web 2.0 - комплексный подход к организации, реализации и поддержке Web-ресурсов.

Наиболее известными примерами реализации Web 2.0 являются:

Блоги (интерактивные сетевые дневники). Значительная часть Web-контента создается пользователями, а не владельцами ресурса. Для этого активно используют технологии RSS и FOAF, характерные для Web 2.0. Так же используются тэги (метки, tags) для тематического структурирования контента.

Технология FOAF (Friend Of A Friend) дает пользователю возможность подписаться на новости и материалы тех пользователей, которые находятся в так называемом «списке друзей». Этим самым поощряется общение пользователей Сети. Технология FOAF является одной из важнейших составляющих социальных интернет-сетей.

RSS (Really Simple Syndication или, дословно, «действительно простое объединение (информации)») – это простая и эффективная технология экспорта гипертекста, используемая для создания новостных лент. RSS, как и другие технологии Web 2.0, основан на языке XML (eXtended Markup Language – англ., расширенный язык разметки).

Сервисы обмена. Эти ресурсы наполняются за счет пользователей, предоставляя им место для различных файлов – музыки, фильмов, документации и т.п. Здесь также используются RSS и тэги.

Сайты совместного документопользования. Подобные сервисы дают пользователям возможность одновременного и совместного использования документов – можно создавать, изменять, удалять информацию, доступную для общего пользования. При этом исчезает необходимость в установке программного обеспечения на локальных компьютерах.

В этой области широко применяется технология AJAX. AJAX (Asynchronous Javascript And XML – англ., асинхронные Javascript и XML) – технология комбинированного использования языков Javascript и XML для создания динамического содержимого web-ресурсов. При этом нагрузка по обработке динамических данных ложится на браузер пользователя. При этом обмен данными «сервер – пользователь» сводится к минимуму, снижая затраты на трафик. Подобный подход значительно упрощает использование динамических ресурсов, так как пользователю не нужно перезагружать страницы, чтобы увидеть изменения.

Web-приложения - часть концепции Web 2.0. Все больше приложений получают свои Web-аналоги, избавляя пользователей от необходимости устанавливать ПО на локальном компьютере. Как правило, пользование web-сервисом обходится дешевле покупки аналогичных «не-web» программ.

Интернет-услуги стали первой характерной чертой Web 2.0. На первых порах Web представлял собой статические сайты со статическим HTML-кодом, задачей которого была предоставление информации. По мере развития HTML и интеграции в web-страницы скриптов, страницы стали динамичны, а на сайтах стало возможным предоставлять не только информацию, но и услуги: поисковые системы, online-магазины, web-архивы и другое.

Второй характерной чертой стала популярность онлайн дневников (блогов). Легкость, с которой сейчас можно создавать веб-страницы (в отличие от прежних времен, когда все создавалось непосредственно в блокноте при хорошем знании HTML-тегов), а так же, появление соответствующих Web-сервисов, привели к тому что, каждый желающий, без какой-либо специальной подготовки имеет возможность излагать свои мысли в Интернет и, в сети значительно возрос удельный вес, зачастую, бессвязных рассуждений. Основная масса нынешних web-писателей излагают не информацию, а мысли. Они высказывают свое мнение по тому или иному вопросу или делятся впечатлениями дня. И хотя те, кто ставил своей задачей дать людям знания, все так же работает над переводом документации, созданием информационных или образовательных статей, многие новые авторы, используя новые возможности, но, не имея знаний, которыми можно было бы поделиться, делятся впечатлениями, просто общаются. Такова вторая черта Web 2.0: люди больше не используют сеть как базу знаний, они используют ее как средство общения.

Еще одна интересная особенность современного Web заключается в том что, для многих авторов сайтов собственный контент потерял ценность. Изначально, страница, выложенная на сайт, была конечной инстанцией и обсуждению не подлежала. Автор ценил свой текст, считая его важным в таком виде, в котором он его создал. Затем, с ростом популярности серверных скриптов, многие сайты стали превращаться в некие клубы, где на форумах можно было обсудить различные вопросы, каким-то образом связанные с темой сайта и, более того, в виде комментариев, авторы допустили обсуждение своих статей, прямо на тех страницах, на которых изложены сами статьи. Это был прообраз Web 2.0. Теперь эта тенденция пошла еще дальше: на многих сайтах разрешено не просто обсуждать статью в форуме или комментариях, но и напрямую редактировать ее содержание. Авторы этих сайтов не ценят свой материал, вполне возможно что, они считают этот материал недостойным большого внимания. Улучшить, исправить, сделать его интересным, они предлагают посетителям сайта. Так сформировалась еще одна черта Web 2.0: Личные публикации уступили место соавторству, единичный талант отступил под натиском коллективного разума бездарностей (правда авторы термина Web 2.0 не употребили в своих формулировках слова «бездарностей» и, соответственно, эта часть в их изложении выглядела не трагично, а очень даже радужно).
И последнее существенное отличие Web 2.0 от старого Web: На смену стратегии удержания пользователей на сайте, приходит стратегия «синдикации контента», смысл которой заключается в интеграции одного содержимого в другое, слияние материалов различных сайтов, взаимное обогащение материалом. То, что когда-то, ради прибыли, началось с рекламных ссылок и баннеров, теперь, в виду тенденции к массовому созданию сайтов лишенных собственного уникального содержания, ради наполнения сайта оным, превратило многие новые сайты в набор ссылок на чужие новости, RSS-ленты и партнерские программы.
